During this FREE 5 day challenge you will:

2. Discover at least 1 mindfulness practice you love
3. Have a new experience of your every day activities
4. Have at least one moment each day where you can feel more deeply connected to yourself and your experience
5. Feel more aliveness and joy!
This is for you if:
1. you sometimes feel like your life is a series of to-do lists
2. you want a slower lifestyle but are not sure where to start
3. you are interested in having a mindfulness practice but haven't found a practice you enjoy
4. you feel like the days and weeks are rushing by and you want to be able to better appreciate and enjoy the present moment
