Eve Mugar, LCSW
I’m a licensed psychotherapist specializing in helping individuals and couples find the keys to set themselves free from anxiety, trauma, self-criticism, relationship struggles, chronic pain and more.
With a background in theater, yoga, meditation, and psychotherapy, I bring a holistic and embodied perspective to the therapeutic process. I believe that healing happens when we cultivate deep self-awareness and learn to approach our inner world with curiosity and compassion. My work is grounded in the understanding that our past experiences shape how we move through life, and that with the right support, we can break free from old patterns and step into a more authentic and easeful way of being.
My experience includes working with a diverse range of individuals, from high-achieving professionals struggling with self-worth to young adults who are ready to confront and reprocess childhood trauma to couples seeking deeper connection and understanding. I am passionate about creating a warm, attuned, and transformative space where clients can explore their inner landscapes, integrate past experiences, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
If you're ready to reconnect with your inner wisdom and create meaningful change, I’d be honored to support your journey.
